      为提高Y15易切削钢的耐磨性能,对Y15钢试样表面进行离子氮化处理,并分别采用TiN、TiCN、AlTiCrN进行镀膜处理。在SRVⅣ磨损试验机上考察制备的3种试样的摩擦磨损性能,并与盐浴渗氮处理试样进行比较。结果表明:3种离子渗氮+涂层处理试样中,离子渗氮+AlTiCrN涂层的耐磨性最好,其次是离子渗氮+TiCN涂层和离子渗氮+TiN涂层;盐浴渗氮试样的磨损机制主要为黏着磨损,离子渗氮+TiN涂层试样的磨损机制以黏着磨损和磨粒磨损为主,其他2种试样的磨损机制主要为轻微犁沟和黏着磨损。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the wear resistance of free cutting steel Y15,the surface of steel Y15 was treated with ion nitriding and the coatings(TiN,TiCN,AlTiCrN coating)by multi arc ion plating technique.The tribological properties of the samples prepared was studied on a SRVⅣoscillating friction and wear tester,and were compared with those of salt bath nitriding samples.The results show that the sample with ion nitriding+AlTiCrN coating has the best wear resistance,then following by that with nitriding+TiCN coating and nitriding+TiN coating.The main wear mechanisms are adhesive wear for the sample treated with salt bath nitriding,adhesion wear and abrasive wear for the sample treated with ion nitriding+TiN coating,and slight furrow and adhesion wear for the samples treated with ion nitriding+TiCN coating and nitriding+AlTiCrN coating,respectively.
