      基于Rtec-MFT3000型多功能摩擦磨损试验机,设计碳钢研磨过程的声发射信号在线检测装置。设置不同的研磨工况,探究碳钢研磨过程中声发射信号特征参数的变化规律,采用线性回归分析建立碳钢去除量和声发射信号振幅均值的数学模型。结果表明:在其他工况不变的情况下,随着研磨压力和旋转速度的增加,声发射信号振铃计数均值和能量均值随之增加,其中旋转速度对声发射信号参数影响更加显著;根据声发射信号振幅值可以实现碳钢去除量的在线检测,在一定的研磨工况范围下,建立的模型可对材料的去除量进行预测。
英文摘要:
      Based on Rtec MFT3000 multifunctional friction and wear tester,an on line acoustic emission signal detecting device for carbon steel grinding process was designed.Different grinding conditions were set up to investigate the change rules of characteristic parameters of acoustic emission signal during carbon steel grinding process.The mathematical model of the mean value of material removal and the amplitude of acoustic emission signal was established by linear regression analysis method.The results show that,at the same condition,with the increasing of grinding pressure and rotational speed,the mean values of acoustic emission ringing counts and energy of acoustic emission signal are increased,and the rotational speed has more significant influence on the parameters of acoustic emission signal.The on line monitoring of material removal can be achieved by measuring the acoustic emission signal amplitude.The model established can predict the material removal in a given range of grinding conditions.
