      研究碳纳米管(CNT)对丁腈橡胶(NBR)性能的影响,结果表明,CNT的添加对NBR的硬度、强度、模量都有不同程度提升,而对撕裂性能、回弹性能、耐介质性能和低温性能影响不大;添加纤维长度短的CNT的NBR压缩永久变形性能优于添加纤维长度长的CNT的NBR。对添加CNT的NBR制成的旋转轴唇形密封圈进行能台架测试,结果表明,CNT对NBR油封密封寿命有明显的改善,特别是在高速工况下。
英文摘要:
      The effects of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on the properties of nitrile rubber (NBR) were studied.The results show that the addition of CNTs can improve the hardness,strength and modulus of NBR,while it has no significant impact on the tear performance,resilience,media resistance,and low temperature performance.The NBR with the short fiber CNTs has better compression set performance than the NBR with long fiber CNTs.The performance test of NBR oil seals with CNTs was performed.The results show that CNTs can significantly improve the service life of NBR oil seals,especially at high speeds.
