      为研究短凹槽的润滑减摩机制,通过建立具有三角形截面短凹槽织构化平行滑块润滑理论模型,利用多重网格法求解润滑油膜压力分布,分析三角形截面短凹槽织构几何参数的变化对摩擦副表面的流体动压性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:短凹槽织构的长度对流体动压承载能力几乎没有影响;在特定的工况条件下,流体动压润滑效应随着凹槽宽度、深度与横向间距的增加而先增大后减小,分别存在最佳凹槽宽度、深度与横向间距使得流体动压润滑效应达到最大;流体动压润滑效应随着短凹槽织构纵向间距的减小而增大。
英文摘要:
      A theoretical model was established to investigate the effect of the parallel slider surface with triangular cross section short grooves on hydrodynamic pressure performance through solving Reynolds equation by multigrid method.The interaction of the length,width,horizontal and vertical spacing and depth parameters of the short grooves texture on the hydrodynamic pressure performance of friction pair surface was analyzed.Results show that the increasing of the length of short groove texture has limited impact on pressure improvement.Under certain operating conditions,the hydrodynamic lubrication effect is increased first and then decreased,there are optimum groove width,depth and horizontal spacing of short groove texture to maximize hydrodynamic lubrication effect.The hydrodynamic lubrication effect is increased with the decrease of vertical spacing of short groove texture.
